A quote is confirmed only when we send you written confirmation. Prices are stated before you book.

Vehicles are shown as examples. A similar vehicle may be substituted where operationally necessary.

Contact dispatch as early as possible. Specific change and cancellation terms are provided with your confirmation.

We monitor arrivals and adjust pickup times. Waiting terms are stated in your quote.

Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions, including seat belt use. Vehicle capacity limits apply.

TransProLux may send ride-related SMS messages including quote responses, booking confirmations, ride reminders, driver/dispatch updates, trip status notifications, and customer support replies.
