We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Customers who voluntarily opt in to ride-related SMS may receive messages about their transportation requests and bookings. Message frequency varies by booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

When you type three or more characters in the homepage pickup or drop-off field, the search text is sent to Google Maps Platform to suggest addresses, hotels and airports. Suggestions are optional and remain editable. We do not save these searches as quote/booking requests or include them in GA4 events. Google processes lookups under its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Google Maps terms at https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, including button clicks and form submissions. You can limit tracking with your browser settings.
